Grown Alchemist is committed to the effectiveness of our botanical formulations; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
